The annual Game Developers Conference is where you want to be to catch the pulse of the latest trends in the game industry. Unlike E3, PAX or Gamescom, GDC is a rather cautious show in which indie and AAA developers mingle with the new and best to figure out what's next for the gaming world. While the conference does not focus on the spectacle that other shows are doing, it's still a great place to attend some upcoming games that may not be as well-known as others.
