A judge has postponed the sentencing of former "The Bachelor" star Chris Soules over a fatal accident in 2017.
The decision was made after Judge Andrea Dryer decided on Tuesday that she would ignore letters from the relatives of the deceased driver. According to Dryer, the wife and sons of Iowa farmer Kenneth Mosher are not victims of state law because Soules was not convicted of Mosher's death.
Soules pleaded guilty to abandoning a slow-moving tractor after they had moved to the rear Mosher.
