MADISON, Wisconsin (AP) – A 24-year-old Wisconsin native stepped forward on Tuesday demanding a $ 768 million Powerball jackpot, the third largest in the US. He said he felt "quite happy" when he bought his tickets
Manuel Allan Westco said that after the raffle on March 27, he quickly sorted $ 10 worth of tickets and thought he was would have checked all his tickets. Then he saw that one last ticket was glued to another, and told the reporters the feeling as he brought the first two numbers together, and glanced at the Powerball to see that it agreed as well.
"I got crazy," said Franco. "I looked back to the three other numbers that all fitted together, my heart began to race, my blood began to pump, I felt warm, I started screaming."
Franco declined to say much at a press conference held by Wisconsin lottery officials who often smiled but distracted questions such as what he did for a living and which car he drives. Franco said he gave up work on the second day after winning and said he just could not continue.
He said he would pay a lump sum, hoping to make some donations to charity, and be prepared for people asking for money
"I'm ready and I know how to say no," said Franco.

Under Wisconsin law, winners can not remain anonymous.
The winning ticket was sold on 27 March at a speedway gas station in the Federal Republic of Germany Milwaukee, a suburb of New Berlin, a city of about 40,000 inhabitants, about 23 kilometers southwest of Milwaukee.
The $ 768 million price refers to a pension option paid over 29 years. The winner can also choose a cash option of $ 477 million. Almost all the big winners choose the cash prize. The gas station receives $ 100,000 for the sale of the coupon.
The jackpot is the third largest behind the $ 1.6 billion World Record Powerball jackpot shared by the California, Florida and Tennessee winners in January 2016 in South Carolina last October.
Wisconsin Finance Department officials estimated that if the state received the cash prize, the state would claim $ 38 million in profits as tax revenue. Annual tax revenues from pensions would increase from $ 11.6 million this year to $ 47 million by 2048.
The profit comes almost exactly two years after Wisconsin won its last Powerball jackpot when a Milwaukee resident won $ 156.2 million on March 22, 2017. 19659002] The odds of matching all six balls in the Powerball draw were 1 to 292.2 million. The winning numbers were 16, 20, 37, 44 and 62.
Seven tickets matched all five white balls, but missed the red Powerball to win a prize of $ 1 million. These tickets were sold in Arizona, two in California, Indiana, Missouri, New Jersey and New York. Two other tickets sold in Kansas and Minnesota matched all five white balls and doubled the prize to $ 2 million, as the tickets included the Power Play option for an additional $ 1.
Powerball is played in 44 states as well as in Washington, DC, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
