Did Jon Walters and Rachel Bear Deceive TLC? The pair was just unveiled during the 2nd season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days last week, but there was a considerable amount of evidence that has since been uncovered about Jon and Rachel proving that they actually met in person before attending the show – and they may have been engaged at the time of filming.
Jon and Rachel both have separate Instagram accounts, but they also have a common Instagram (@FollowOurFariyTale) and Facebook page titled "Follow Our Fairytale," where they document their journey as a long-lived couple. But, as Starcasm previously reported, the "About" section of their Facebook page lists a second Instagram account with the handle "@SupportTheFairytale", which has since been deleted. But the couple still used the #SupportTheFairytale hashtag in a handful of posts on the @FollowOurFairyTale Instagram, with some dated as early as June 201
It appears that they've used the hashtag to help their followers or fund their first meeting together and Starcasm has a link to Jon and Rachel's GoFundMe page titled "Help us, finally dug up. According to the fundraising site, Jon and Rachel raised $ 1,872 and are now "complete and no longer active."
The money from Rachel and Jon's campaign would have been used either for Jon to visit Rachel in the US or for Rachel to visit Jon in England. With no date available on the GoFundMe page, there is no way to tell if this actually happened or not, but there is clear evidence on the Instagram @FollowOurFairyTale page.
Jon and Rachel celebrated their first anniversary on September 1, 2017. One follower said, "You've been together for a year and never met, wow," and either Jon or Rachel responded, "Over a year together we met in person for the first time. " As they used the past tense, it seemed they had hinted that they had already met in person.
It's also interesting that Rachel shared a photo of two passes on August 3, 2017, which would mean she was adjusting for a trip out of the country. Just a week after the release of this photo, they shared a photo of an LDR couple saying, "I'll wait forever and one day and do it again, if that means I'm going to be with you. I want your lips Kissing, touching your skin and finally saying "I do." I love you, Jon Walters, I'll be there soon. "
If Rachel saw Jon" soon, "that would mean that the couple would someday be in the summer 2017, which had been the case at least three months earlier. They started filming the show, because after Rachel's interiors, there was a Christmas tree behind her, which could mean that they were filmed during the 2017 Christmas season. But that headline also contained another important hint: Rachel said she could not wait to "finally say", which also meant the couple was already engaged.
Already in July 2017, Rachel shared a collage of gifts she received from Jon, one of whom is a Claddagh ring, which is a traditional Irish ring that symbolizes love, loyalty and friendship. It is often used as a promise ring or engagement ring, and Rachel can wear the ring on her left ring finger in her confessional shots on the show.
If Jon and Rachel had already met or had been engaged before filming 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 days it would mean that they lied to the production company because the show was only for couples Thought that are in long-distance relationships and have not yet met person. But the fans will just have to go on to find out the truth!
