A Michigan woman called a friend to say she was in a shootout in October, police say. She has not been seen since



Adrienne Quintal, 47, called a family friend on Oct. 17 at 2:34 am and asked for help, the Benzie County Sheriff's Office said. She told her friend she shot someone in the face, and the other man shot them, according to the sheriff's information.

She asked her friend to call the police and give them an address on Indian Hill Road in their honor. Michigan, said the sheriff's office. Honor is approximately 400 km northwest of Detroit.

MEPs responded to an address at 2:50 am but were unable to detect a disturbance. They called the dispatchers and received a corrected address where they found a cabin with several bullet holes in a window at around 3:1

5 am.

No one was found in the cabin as well as her cell phone, her car, and her handbag.

While no blood or evidence of injury was found in the cabin, the investigators found used cartridge cases indicating that several shots had been fired from the inside into the cabin

The deputies searched with the help of K9 Search teams and thermal imaging cameras found the woods in the cabin, but found no one.

Now, the Benzie County Sheriff's Office and the Michigan State Police are asking someone to call for information about Quintal's whereabouts authorities.
