A playful cat, who broke away at New York's John F. Kennedy Airport, was arrested after more than a week of capture.
WABC-TV reports that Pepper's cat had been lured out of hiding on early Saturday  CAT MISSES FLIGHT TO FLIGHT CARRIER AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT JOHN F. KENNEDY
Pepper returned from her owner on April 20 as they prepared for a flight to China.
The owner moved to China for a new job without Pepper, if the authorities could not locate the file before departure.
Pepper was spotted several times in non-public areas, but escaped capture.
On Saturday, the officer in charge of the rescue operation called in the help of a friend of Pepper's owner, who called Pepper for her Mandarin name and lured her with food. The officer and friend then grabbed Pepper.

The friend will be responsible for bringing Pepper to the owner in China.
