A 28-year-old man is alleged to have robbed a Toys "R" Us several times and negotiated more than $ 1,500 in Lego toys, according to documents filed on Friday at the Pierce County Superior Court.
According to the documents, a member of the Pierce County sheriff identified the man on warehouses on May 24 and 25, June 2 and July 1
The police found that the man had sold a large amount of Lego plays in a Tacoma pawn shop. Many of the items were identical to those stolen and sold within an hour of the thefts, documented state. Once, two sets matching the store were sold 11 minutes after the theft at the pawn shop.
The accused is charged with first degree theft and second degree theft. Court documents indicated that additional trading fees could be added.
