It was pretty offseason for the New Orleans Pelicans. Having crashed into the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Semifinals, the team saw half of its star frontcourt, DeMarcus Cousins, join Dubs. Rajon Rondo also left the city to join the Los Angeles Lakers, but shortly thereafter the pelicans passed their frontcourt by taking over Julius Randle from LA
While all this was happening, Anthony Davis is still in The Big Easy, where He is established himself as perhaps the most unique player in the NBA. Nevertheless, Davis takes nothing for granted ̵
Um To get to that point, Davis and the Pelicans have to do exactly what no other team has done in the past two years: Take down the Warriors, which is now its former teammate and perhaps the best offensive center in the world if healthy. But Davis is ready as he believes he knows what it takes to beat Golden State should their paths cross again in the playoffs.
