Much to discuss!
We know this frustratingly for many of you on all platforms. We hear you and take this problem seriously. Improving stability, performance and quality of life is very important to us and we have a lot of work to do. We got our first patch out earlier this week and we'll have many more [including one next week!]. We will always provide patch notes when they come out. No, I can not tell you what's in it yet.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SOMETHING?
We always listen and look for reported problems. As you can imagine, if you give up your game from scratch and 25 million people appear in the first week, all sorts of problems, bugs, exploits, etc. are discovered. Our customer service team provides daily reports and many members of the development team search and send links to reported issues through social channels and reddit. We also have a couple of rad tools available to capture all kinds of game data, measure emotions, and give insight into the most discussed things around Apex Legends.
When problems are reported, they are curated by our wonderful QA team, which tries to reproduce the problem based on the information available. If they can reproduce it, a ticket is created, and they are added to the remaining known issues, prioritized, scheduled, and assigned to the right developers to tackle. How do we prioritize? We use data to tell us how many people are affected, how damaging the exploit could be, how much resources it would spend to resolve the problem, etc.
If we can & # 39; To reproduce the problem locally, it is almost impossible to fix it. For this reason, it is extremely important that you provide as much information as possible when you report a problem. If you only post: "My game is constantly crashing. Fix it. "We can not do much for you and we really want to help you!
So help us to help you. The best way to report errors is to use the following link and follow a few steps:

To date, over 16,000 scammers have been identified and banished from the game. Suck scammers. OUR ENTERTAINMENT OF CONVERSATIONS
Your trust is really important to us. Serious. We said at launch that we will always strive to be straight, honest and as transparent as possible to you all. So let's start with this:
- We will do more updates like this on a regular basis. I will create new posts daily from Tuesday next week. Not all of them will be groundbreaking or significant news, but remember how we can check in every day to discuss what we can do.
- Live Streams! As we speak, a production team builds a radical stage and is based here at Respawn. I can not wait to finish it and start showing the team. We will introduce our first developer stream around the launch of Season 1.
- With the permission of you all and the mod team I would like to have a special place here where I can provide a list of troubleshooting tips for some people's issues.
- Couple more things in the works that we'll talk more about in the near future.
I wish I could answer every single one of you, but it's physically impossible. For the context: I currently have almost 6K answers and over 50 message requests in my inbox. This is just this subreddit. Trust me when I say that I and many of the team members read your posts here, and it was the best feeling to see our baby in the wild and live a life of its own.
Enjoy the weekend, be nice to each other and have fun! Next update on Tuesday.
