Apple released iOS 11.3, an updated version of its smartphone operating system, on Thursday
The update includes four new Animoji, immersive augmented reality features, and a beta version of the iPhone Battery Health tool.

On Thursday, Apple released iOS 11.3, the latest update to its mobile operating system. The updated software was standard on Apple's new 9.7-inch iPad, which was announced this week and is now available for download on iPhones and iPads.
The iOS 11.3 update includes new features such as enhanced augmented reality features, new Animoji (if you have an iPhone X), and a beta version of iPhone Battery Health that lets you know about your iPhone's battery capacity and performance get.
Apple added the battery health feature after it was reported that iPhones with older batteries were deliberately slowed down without the practice being communicated to customers.
To download the latest update, go to Settings> General> Software Update.

Augmented Reality  With ARKit 1.5, developers can place horizontal objects as well as digital objects on vertical surfaces such as walls and doors.
Adds support for detecting and incorporating images such as movie posters or graphics in AR experiences.
Supports a more realistic camera view when using AR experiences.
iPhone Battery Health (Beta)
Displays information about the maximum battery capacity and maximum performance of the iPhone.
Indicates whether the performance management feature that dynamically manages the maximum performance to prevent unexpected shutdown is enabled and includes the option to disable.
It is best to replace a battery.
iPad Charge Management
Maintains battery health when the iPad is plugged in for extended periods of time. When used in kiosks, POS systems or in loader wagons.
Introduces four new Animoji on the iPhone X: Lion, Bear, Dragon and Skull.
When an Apple feature prompts you to use your personal information, it now displays an icon with a link to detailed information that explains how your information is used and protected.
Business Chat (Beta) – US Only
Communicate with companies to easily ask questions, make appointments, and make purchases in the integrated news app on the iPhone and iPad.
Health Records (Beta) – US Only
Access Health Records on a consolidated timeline in the Health App and see lab results, vaccinations, and more.
Provides a new music video experience, including an updated music video section with exclusive video playlists.
Find friends who have similar tastes by using updated suggestions in Apple Music that reveal genres that people enjoy and mutual friends who follow them.
