Aretha Franklin rested in a different outfit to visit the public coffin before her funeral.

On Wednesday, the late Queen of the Soul was dressed in a powder blue dress and matching shoes in a bronze casket. A change of the red suit and the red pumps she wore in a gilded coffin on Tuesday.

The second day of Franklin's Public Viewing was once again streamed out of the rotunda of the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in their hometown of Detroit, Michigan.

Franklin died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 76 on 16 August.

Franklin's funeral, which will be broadcast online and on television, will take place on Friday at the Greater Grace Temple.
