It is the first legal dispute to be taken from space. The accused is Anne McClain (40).
The astronaut is said to have logged into the account of her separated wife, Summer Worden, from a height of 408 kilometers aboard the ISS space station. At least that's the content of the complaint from partner Worden. If the allegations are true, that's the first case of space crime.
Ann McClain does not deny that she logged in. However, she says it was from caring. She wanted to see if there was enough money for running bills and for Worden's son. Lawyer Rusty Hardin told The New York Times: "She fiercely denies that she did anything improper."
