Avengers: Endgame has no postcredits scene, but there is a tiny audio sting

Avengers: Endgame is finally here and runs just under three hours and a minute. If your bladder is microscopic (19459004) (like mine), you'll probably need to go to the bathroom immediately once the trigger starts. So you have to hold the credits for an end credits scene?

Nope. You can move freely because there is no mid or postcredits scene. Despite the MCU tradition of post-credits Endgame is a true finale. Postcredit scenes either set up the next MCU movie, link the movies together, or even add some humorous color to the world. But Endgame does not reveal anything for Phase 4.

But there is also a kind of teaser?

Unlike other MCU movies, there is no endgame traditional end scene, but there is a small kind of "maybe we're still debating". Audio Stinger After the crawling is finished, the Marvel logo and a teaser will appear. It sounds a bit like clinking? It really only seems to be a way to show the fans that the Marvel Cinematic Universe will return.

It could be metal on metal, someone forges, someone just hits something or maybe just an accident that we all hear now. (I thought it sounded a bit like a bell, but I really had to pee.)

Reddit user OxideCyanide argues that Iron Man builds his suit in the first movie.

None of our viewers was able to figure out exactly what the audio sting was, but some of us have some guesses from the wall (we hovered that it was a Secret Wars teaser or an obscure X-Men player could act). We are inclined to talk to Reddit about this topic, and it makes the most sense in the context of the film.

I would recommend staying for the first part of the credits, which serves as a nice tribute to all (many) Avengers, but especially the first six, so much of marketing. Even if you do not stay for the audio stinger, wait at least until the credits run.
