At the Bachelor in Paradise it gets serious.
The monthly episode of ABC dating showed a week when Mexico is actually enough to make real connections – or at least connections that are real enough to cry about. And thankfully, those tears are not coming from Colton or Tia!
Paradise "es" pair was surprisingly hard to find on Monday as the drama shifted towards other relationships and several love triangles seemed to be nearing the end. Jenna eventually settled on a decision between Jordan and Benoit, and Kendall had to choose Leo and Grocery Store Joe for the rose ceremony (and, oh yes, the screaming match that took place when Kevin found out Leo had kissed Chelsea) ,
Looks like we have a new Bachelor villain! And so it went:
Jordan vs. Benoit
Jenna's romance with Jordan had been in the air for the past couple of episodes, and Benoit's arrival last week seemed to be the perfect opportunity for Jenna to turn around to break with Jordan. But the heart wants what it wants. It did not take long for Jordan to collapse as he watched Jenna slip away, but this vulnerable side (and he confessed that he did not have days to fall in love) brought her back to him ̵
Following an intense heart-to-heart conversation with Jordan, Jenna decided to break up with Benoit, but this break-up session became a make-out session. Jordan saw them kissing and confronted Benoit, who did not want to hear about it, although Jenna quickly decided that she was in agreement with Jordan anyway.
"I feel safe with Benoit," she told the camera. "I'm scared to fall in love with someone who treats me so well that they could just destroy me … My heart tells me [to] choose Jordan, so I think I have to let go of Benoit."
Benoit did not do well. "I do not really understand why she likes him," he said as he burst into tears.
Kevin vs. Astrid
Kevin lost his emotions this week after an unexpected fight with Astrid. The two were solid since the beginning of Paradise but he decided that she would go along with another man to make her more solid.
"You just asked me to be your girlfriend, now you tell me that you think I should go out with other people so I miss you … what ?!" Astrid shouted into the camera. "I can not make a sentence, it takes me 20 minutes to calm down."
She finally calmed down and Kevin stated that his previous relationships on The Bachelorette Canada and Bachelor Winter Games, which did not succeed in the real world, have "damaged him." ".
Astrid understood and wiped away the tears. "I do not think I ever had a girl for me," Kevin confessed to the camera. "I definitely fall in love with this girl."
Leo vs. Kevin
Everyone seemed to kiss and reconcile – and then there was Leo. The whole Paradise cast knew of his kiss with Chelsea in the episode last week, but Kendall, who just wanted to give him her rose, did not.
Kevin accidentally slipped it, and as Kendall approached Leo, he turned wildly, searching for the Rat. Kevin tried to do the right thing by admitting that he had spilled the beans, but it quickly became clear that Leo had no intention of telling Kendall about his kiss with Chelsea, and it was a total war on the beach.
Kevin walked away, but not before throwing a Justin Trudeau quote into the camera: "We are polite, we are reasonable, but we will not be pushed around."
Leo Vs. Kendall
Kendall then approached Leo a second time and he showed himself. HIS. TRUE. TO DYE. Leo accused Kendall of having "faked" her feelings for him and ruining his whole day by trying to clear the air. Then he sincerely wished her and Joe a happy life together and continued to drop her off.
"I do not appreciate you being condescending," she said to Leo, who looked unimpressed.
"I say you're a phenomenal actress," he replied as Joe, overhearing the quarrel, came down to break it open.
"Enough is enough," said Joe – although we saw it after the promo for the episode on Tuesday, we did not see the end.
