Readers' interest in the new Powerbeats Pro, the first wireless earphones from the Apple brand Beats, was huge. Apple announced today that the Powerbeats Pro can be pre-ordered at 7:00 am PT on May 3, 10:00 am ET, and will be available in retail from May 10th. This is true only for black. The other three colors will be shipped in the summer. The earphones cost $ 249.95.
Similar to the company's previous wireless Powerbeats earphones, the Powerbeats Pro has been redesigned for better comfort. Beats says they can achieve an uninterrupted battery life of up to nine hours – longer than AirPods ̵
It's a bit strange that the white, green and blue Powerbeats Pro are not yet ready to go. Beats has never had problems creating new colors. Before these earphones came on the market, the company used to refresh the headphones in different shades when no new products were on display.
If you have always wanted black AirPods, they are not 19459016, but 19459017. However, depending on your needs, they may prove to be better. Based on my time with them earlier this month, we find that the Powerbeats Pro are superior in some ways to the AirPods – such as sound quality and battery life – and in other areas such as portability and comfort. (There is no wireless charging.) Vlad will soon be getting the Powerbeats Pro for the full review treatment, so stay tuned.
