Black Ops 4 Black Market has now become much faster • Eurogamer.net

Treyarch has released an update to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's graduated progression system to make it faster.

The time-limited Black Market, now running on PlayStation 4, challenges players to reach 200 levels. Track a range of cosmetic items such as sprays, emotes, outfits and characters. The progression is based on the time being played, as opposed to the performance, so you can easily unlock items during the game.

But the progression since the start was painfully slow. The players looked at how long it would take to reach level 200 in the 52 days running the "Operation: First Strike" event, and that it would require an average of 23 games a day. That's about eight hours a day ̵

1; until the contraband event ends.

It turned out that the earn rate for unlocking the black market levels did not work, as Treyarch had intended. In a post on r / Blackops4, the developer said that it had changed the game to rebalance the system in all modes, but emphasized that this was an ongoing process to get where it needed to be.

The result is that today players in blackout and multiplayer will receive faster and consistent level progress in all game modes. Treyarch also announced that it will add online earn rate accelerators and challenge-based and event-based Tier Skip rewards that are later than the base earn rate.

All this is welcome, and early reports suggest the earnings ratio is indeed significantly faster.

Meanwhile, Treyarch said it had completed the first phase of planned network performance changes after players found the launch rate was lower at launch than in beta.

We carefully monitor the overall performance to ensure these updates work as expected before completing the next phase of updates, "explains Treyarch.

" It's important that we provide updates in a carefully staged process, such as It can potentially have a positive and negative impact, and we need to closely monitor every update. The stability and performance of the game for the entire community is always our number one priority, and so are we. to maintain the smooth running of the game during the first few weeks. "

All in all, Treyarch has done a good job of updating quickly, keeping players up to speed on a range of issues. What else was a solid, smooth start to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. [19659011] window.fbAsyncInit = function () {
