Hours after manager Craig Counsell referred to his team in his pre-game remarks as "a bit of a high-wire act," the Milwaukee Brewers went out of their way and played another memorable games.

And now again, they manage to come out on top.

Orlando Arcia who delivered the big hit, singling Brewers over the Chicago Cubs, 5-4, at Miller Park on Friday night.

It's the second walk-off victory of the week against NL Central Division rival ; Ryan Braun's home run dumped the St. Louis Cardinals, 5-4, on Tuesday night.

It also marked the fourth time in Milwaukee's five wins the team won in its final at-bat. Kansas City Royals to accomplish the feat.

"That's the high wire, there's no question," Counsel said.

Added Travis Shaw, who sparked a four-run fifth inning with his first homer of the season: "The ninth inning is our inning."

The Brewers got tied up with some yeoman's work from the bullpen. Cubs ran up rookie Brandon Woodruff's pitch count to 95 in just 3 2/3 innings.
