Bucks vs. Heat Score: Giannis Antetokounmpo leads the comeback win for Milwaukee to reach number 1 in the East

The second week of the NBA’s Disney World bubble started on Thursday afternoon with an interesting matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat. In line with the trend towards entertaining games in Orlando, the Bucks returned from 23 points to 130-116 and took number 1 in the east.

Milwaukee was poor in the first half and let the heat do what they wanted, especially behind the 3-point line. When they came out of the half-time break, however, they looked much more alike. As they built up energy in the defensive, they returned to the game in the third quarter and then dominated the fourth to win. Giannis Antetokounmpo looked like the MVP again, ending up with 33 points and 1

2 rebounds while Khris Middleton added 33 of his own.

The Heat entered the league as the league’s best 3-point shot team, making 38.2 percent of their attempts. They showed why early on and took advantage of the bucks’ poor defense to hit 18 of their first 34 attempts. From there, however, they cooled off and only went three out of twelve to end the game. And while their cold shooting was part of the story, the main problem was that they only fell apart defensively.
