Following a 16: 3 blowout last night Walker Buehler seemed to be different from the Blue Jays pen. But baseball will be baseball (Astros lost as favorite today) and it was a fierce fight tonight. Kenley Jansen rescued and fortunately the Dodgers defeated the Blue Jays 2-1 to secure the series.
The glowing Dodgers bats calmed down There was nothing for the first three innings until Will Smith (19459013) parked another Homer (his 12th) to start the scoring 1-0. Chris Taylor (19459013) immediately hit a liner in the right center of the field gap. It looked catchy for both underdogs, but was not hit by either and led to a triple from CT3 … but not to a homer he tried and he was shot on the plate.
Although the offensive failed to materialize, Bühler fortunately recovered from his surprise battles against the Marlins. At some point he dropped 11 batters in a row and shook in the 3rd and 7th without much difficulty from the trouble.
In his 91 pitches he came through seven barriers. He did not go and struck five hits while defeating eight batters in a superb outing.
Joe Kelly then took on two comebackers and a strikeout in the eighth as a setup man to drive through a goalless inning.
Given the offense still could not be assured, Kenley Jansen was arrested for the 9th. He started with a 3-pitch strikeout, but after a long fight with Rowdy Tellez he scored the really great pitch to the right for a 1-1 draw. Jansen then bounced off with a fly-out and a pop-out on short. I know the dog pile will be on, but I do not know, man. Sometimes they just made it.

After Pedro Baez he got a scoreless 10th, which set up the Dodgers in their half of the innings. And of course Max Muncy was the one who did it again and smashed his 33rd dong for the year for a homer, a walk-off-actor.
The Dodgers improve to 84 – 44 on the year.
They will sweep tomorrow at 4:10 pm (HST) / 7:10 pm (PST) / 10:10 pm (EST), [KTM] Kenta Maeda is now facing someone with the name , Jacob Waguespack .
