The patch notes for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1.06 have been released as server buyers have encountered server problems today.
Call of Duty fans have reported that a required network service has failed "Error message and error code 262146.
The Call of Duty Modern Warfare issues seem to be related to today's PSN server issues as well.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare players today report the release of Update 1
The new COD patch weighs less than 8 GB on all platforms, making it relatively small compared to Infinity Ward's Day One patch.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1.06 still requires full patch notes to be released, and it is currently unclear what may have changed, though players confirm that Kill Confirmed is back as gameplay option.
Some fans also report longer wait times than expected until the patch is copied. However, this does not seem to be for everyone.
It should be noted that the official site with patch references to Reddit still needs updating h New information on today's Call of Duty update.
Game community managers, however, have warned that more updates will be released this week to tackle ongoing issues.
"There are a lot of teams working on corrections between IW and Beenox right now, and we're working on a few updates that are designed to improve stability and help prevent crashes or other issues," explains a message from the Activision support team.
"It is always helpful to tell us details about what happens when errors or crashes occur can help us prioritize and troubleshoot."
Another note: "In the next few days, some updates will be released I do not want to give a precise time or date because we're still testing a few things. "
It was only a few days ago when Infinity Ward attempted to launch Modern Warfare Trials before the Internet shut down feature. So there might be an update soon about what happens in the future to refine experiments.
How To Work:

A ticket is required to enter a trial and a ticket grants you three attempts during COD Modern Warfare Depending on your performance, you will receive 1, 2 or 3 stars.

- 3 Stars: 10000 XP
Infinity Ward is expected to receive news publish on today's COD update, although it's unclear whether it will be in the next few hours or after the weekend.
Following this week's news, Modern Warfare has sold more than $ 600 million worldwide in the first three days of publication.
