The affected articles have been distributed through retail outlets nationwide and are marked UPC 6-91730-17101-8, Lot N128. No illnesses were reported.
A collected sample was tested positive for salmonella and triggered the recall.
"The company was notified by the Department of Agriculture in Minnesota when a sample was taken and tested positive for salmonella, and the company conducted its own test, which led to a negative result," the agency said.
Symptoms of Salmonella Infections include lethargy, diarrhea, fever, vomiting, decreased appetite, and abdominal pain. Pets can infect other animals or humans.
The recall is from Go Raw, LLC of Cottonwood, Utah.
