SamMobile cites a report from South Korea claiming to reveal any changes Samsung has made to improve the Galaxy Fold. First, it has now "plugged" the protective film into the body of the foldable screen to prevent buyers from peeling it off. You can warn smartphone shoppers a million times to pull off a movie, but if they see a corner that they can lift with their fingers, the itching will just be scratched. This step avoids the problem that causes influencers to damage their units. To prevent a repeat of the debris debacle, Samsung reduces the gap at the top and bottom of the hinge. In addition to a warning about removing the protective film on the internal display, Samsung also provides the Galaxy Fold's packaging with additional warnings. DJ Koh, the top man at Samsung Mobile, expects that a new shipping date will be announced sooner than later. The smart money is based on a June release of the Galaxy Fold. Meanwhile, the device is reportedly being tested by some mobile operators in South Korea.
