Chip and Joanna Gaines's final home project is an absolute fixer.
The Texas couple, made famous by HGTV's "Fixer Upper" show, was shot last week at the historic but run-down Cottonland Castle in Waco.

A spokesman for the Gaines company, Magnolia, says the couple had long admired the castle and had previously tried to buy it. According to spokesman John Marsicano, the couple has not yet set any concrete plans for the property, but wants to complete the restoration of the castle.
The construction of the 622-square-meter stone castle began in 1890 and was completed in 1913. It has been vacant despite renovations for about 20 years.

The Waco Tribune-Herald reports the lock is listed at $ 425,000. however, the selling price was not disclosed.
