For the past 2 years I have been in the spotlight after a fairly normal life. Since then, I’ve tried to learn how to deal with my life changes, while trying to cling to myself. I used to think a platform would give me a voice, but in many ways a platform picks up your voice. It was paralyzing for someone like me. I can rethink everything. It really takes thick skin to navigate through constant drama, fake articles, bad DMs and comments or rumors started by people who feel entitled to their personal lives. It takes incredible mental strength to shake off strangers who regularly criticize your character based on the conclusions they drew when watching an edited TV show (I could say so much here). It can feel like a tough fight. Sometimes I just want to say what I want and forget my sensitive side that strives to do the “right thing”, be calm and rational, be friendly, think of others first, etc. I want to say: Ok, everything what your mother hates on me for my separation – please stop. It was a terrible month for ME when I tried to go through it. I still go through it. It’s hard enough without your know-it-all comments. You literally don’t know anything, so go away. In one minute I feel my anger about myself and in the next I feel selfish when I have really critical issues in the world: BLM, Covid, toxic politics, questions of life and death; social injustice. Kinda puts personal problems into perspective. Therefore I decided (against the council) to terminate contracts and to delete IG for 30 days. The short break was incredible. What have I done? I read a lot, got a tattoo, met friends, took part in 2 protests, ended SIMUCASE 60 HOURS, reevaluated my dreams and goals, went surfing, dyed my own hair, played the guitar, took out my sewing machine … lived at the moment . Life is short. We all struggle to find out. All we can do is the best we know at the moment. When we think, we don’t regret it. Always learn, always grow. Ok, I’m done. A little bit everywhere, but I force myself not to think. Thank you to the majority of you who have been kind and sent worried messages. It means more than you all know (minus the trolls)

Bachelor Nation fans weren’t sure what to think, according to Underwood’s post on Instagram. Some viewers speculated that the long caption meant that the 28-year-old was upset about Randolph’s interview.

“It sounds like he’s shadowing Cassie by saying he first tried to go on the highway and do it privately and be friends, but then ‘but obviously things have changed a lot this week wrote a fan about Reddit. “Your solo interview didn’t say much, but it must have annoyed him somehow. Maybe that’s what people suspected? “

In the meantime, others thought Underwood’s post was his way of saying that they are driving their lives.

“Given the fact that Cassie really didn’t say anything, I do it differently,” wrote one Reddit user. “Maybe his DMS have blown up even more since the interview and he felt ‘obliged’ to say something … So he says: ‘Hey, I’m going to stay tuned, life will get better and we’ll go on. ‘”

Whatever Underwood meant by his Instagram post, the former bachelor’s last comments made it clear that he has clarity about his relationship with Randolph. Cheers to that.
