"The Detroit Youth Choir brought our entire region together to support the children of Detroit," said Wendy Lewis Jackson, Kresge Foundation, executive director of the Detroit program. "They have represented the city with class and soul, and their success will continue to inspire the children of Detroit in the years to come, and we hope they feel a deep sense of pride in doing so."
