McKinley has a photo of herself earlier in the day Porsha released in the hospital waiting for the arrival of PJ. McKinley made the born mommy feel like a queen by complimenting her on how well she was doing for nine months.

As far as the official name of Baby PJ is concerned, that's still in the air … but luckily the new parents enjoyed it a lot. Williams and McKinley distributed biscuits in the delivery room with different P names, including Paige, Pilar, and Pia.

Williams documented her pregnancy during eleventh season of RHOA – the baby news was kept secret from her classmates. She tells that before meeting her fiancé, she almost gave up finding the man of her dreams and starting a family. Finally, she had an epiphany and decided that there was no reason to hurry. "I've seen a lot of creative ways to do this without a man," she told the people. "Once I realized that it did not have to be one-sided, it gave me a little more time," she continues. "So I'm not obsessed with it anymore."

Porsha says she eventually had a happy and healthy pregnancy, despite some health issues that needed to be monitored. The reality star told ESSENCE's Yes Girl podcast: "I did not discover fibroids until after my pregnancy. That's not cool. After Williams had suffered a series of miscarriages in her previous relationship as a result of a continuing battle with fibroids, Williams was thrilled to hear that this pregnancy was A-OK.

"I crossed the date on which I had my miscarriage, and then you start to believe," Wow! "She will really be here," she continued. "I'm really connected to her now. I believed it, but until recently I did not really associate with it. "

Congratulations to mom and dad about your beautiful bundle of joy!
