TODAY: A cool morning with temperatures beginning in the 1930s. Maybe we see some spotty fog in the northern Miami Valley this morning as well. Expect the sunshine early and the clouds are increasing throughout the day. Gustavian winds of 20 to 25 mph bring in the afternoon and evening from the south. Peak values reach in the low 60s, which is finally warmer than normal with an overall dry day.

HALLOWEEN: Rain showers return, probably until morning with rounds of rain awaiting all day and evening. The showers sometimes become heavy and at the end of the day you can pause on the streets.
A Flood Watch was issued for most parts of the Miami Valley on Wednesday at 8pm. until Friday at 8 o'clock. Affected include Champaign, Clark, Greene, Clinton, Montgomery, Preble, Butler and Warren. Highs peak in the low 60s with gusts again at 20 to 25 miles per hour. Trick-or-treat will be soggy and cool.

THURSDAY: It's getting cool, breezy, and rainy for Thursday. Rain rounds continue during the day, while areas of low pressure drive along the blocked front. The highs will be in the late '50s and we might see a few inches of rain in some places.

FRIDAY: Declining showers end workweek very early. The system retreats, which dries us up. The temperatures will be 50 degrees cooler.
SATURDAY: A dry start to the weekend with sun and clouds. It still gets cool with high in the low 50s.
