Facebook made some changes to its news feed earlier this year. As a result, posts from publishers like us were given less priority in your personal message feed. But there's a way to make sure you do not miss out on important news, sports and features when you open Facebook.
Here's what to do:
1. Visit the Daily Herald Facebook page and click "Like".
. 2 Click on "Following" below our cover picture.
. 3 Then choose "See first" under "In your News Feed".
. 4 Under "Notifications," in the same window, select "All (Posts)" and "Default."
These steps should make sure that you see our biggest stories of the day on Facebook, along with funny photos we share from followers and others suburban news.
Also, check out our helpful photo above for an overview of these steps when you visit the Daily Herald Facebook page.
