Double fitness boost for Liverpool ahead of FC Barcelona in the Champions League

Jürgen Klopp insists he will wait until Wednesday to make a final decision on whether Roberto Firmino will be fit enough to start Liverpool's semifinals in the Champions League knockout round with Barcelona at Nou-Camp.

The Brazilian striker broke a groin muscle last week to beat Huddersfield Town 5-0 in the Premier League.

Firmino, however, was able to participate in training on Tuesday in Melwood and flew with the squad to Spain.

"Yeah, of course (that's a huge boost)," Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com

. "We all knew from the beginning that it would be a race. We do not have to make a decision today because there is no match today, we can wait. So far it has looked good, but tomorrow I have to make that decision ̵

1; tomorrow afternoon. I will do that.
