Ed Oliver: Talent over & # 39; tude?
22nd April 2019
Ed Oliver is an interesting case.
There is no question with Joe that the defense attack from Houston is talented. Perhaps the most talented in the design. Lately, however, much has been written that Oliver's talent can not outshine a bad attitude.
In a BSPN article typed by Dotun Akintoye, this sentence about Oliver appears: "Ed will make Ed" the beat of his own drum. He makes things according to his schedule at his pace. Do not try to tame the beast.
Then there is the respected longtime NFL scribe Bob McGinn, who quoted two nameless NFL staffers as saying that Oliver always shoots his mouth and thus probably will not be a team-type.
However, there is evidence to the contrary. Akintoye quotes Oliver as the reason he had announced before the start of the 2018 football season that he would leave Houston to become a pro to spare his teammates any questions about him.
But then there's a spit on the edge with the Houston coach, Major Applewhite, apparently flushed into the locker room.
The question remains with Oliver, is he more of a selfish type like Albert Haynesworth or a free spirit like Warren Sapp
