Elon Musk sent one of his signing "Everybody" emails on Tuesday, sent to tens of thousands of Tesla employees.
The CEO gathered staff to work hard to meet the company's aggressive vehicle production and delivery targets for the second quarter.
It is typical for Tesla manager and Musk to force employees to work long hours to achieve the quarterly goals, with additional production and delivery tasks piling up towards the end of a quarter. [1
"We believe that we will deliver between 90,000 and 100,000 vehicles in the second quarter, although it is possible to deliver more vehicles This is important for lifting the wave approach to delivering vehicles that produced overseas cars and North American cars in the first half of the quarter, which puts Tesla under extreme strain and negative impact on our working capital, and complements ours Cost structure. "
Earlier this month Musk asked people to buy Tesla vehicles. A Twitter post reminded her that "the US federal tax on Tesla deliveries is dropping $ 1875 after June 30." Here's what Musk wrote in the email sent on Tuesday and was obtained and transcribed by CNBC. Bloomberg first reported the e-mail.

As you may have noticed, there are many speculations about vehicle deliveries this quarter. The reality is that we are well on the way to setting a record, but it will come very close. But if we give everything, we can definitely do it!
We already have enough vehicle orders to set a record, but the right cars are not all in the right places yet. Logistics and final delivery are extremely important, as well as the demand for locally available vehicle variants, which however can not be received by persons who have ordered this variant before the end of the quarter.
I trust you very much. Please let me know if I can do anything to help.
