YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – On Saturday night and Sunday morning, WKBN received several phone calls and e-mails regarding the closure of Falcon Transport Co.
This information was confirmed on Sunday morning.
Several employees said these e-mail and text messages regarding the closure had been sent to them on Saturday.
"All Falcon employees,
We regret to inform you that Falcon Transport Co. can not continue operations and will take effect today.
Please stop immediately any work you do for the company. We do not expect you to return to work.
Please look for more information we will send in this situation. " Nicholas Holdren, Business Development Manager, confirmed the closing on Saturday night:  "Falcon is closed today."
We are working to find out how many workers are affected by it.
The website for Falcon says that the company was founded in 1903. Here is part of their page about us:
