The Last Episode of The Bachelorette was full of action and drama, which was greatly appreciated after last week's vile summary. Hannah Brown had fun (until she did not), the men were in a good mood (until the drama started), and the entire episode was not about Luke P.
But right off the bat, the way everyone felt Luke P. felt comfortable in the good times they had and had a characteristic freak.
Hannah Brown's personal date with Garrett
It all started with Hannah's personal date with Garrett. The two jumped with a bare bungee from a tram in the snow. It was, not least, a unifying experience that proved favorable for Garrett. Then Hannah snuggled up to Garrett and told him she appreciated his reassurance and courage.
When Garrett returned to the hotel, he told everyone about his date with Hannah. While most of his competitors listened excitedly, Luke P. looked visibly upset. He told the camera that he could not believe Hannah would do bungee jumping naked with Garrett – he did not think Garrett was telling the truth. When he asked Hannah about the date, she confirmed Garrett's statement.
Here Luke P. started to go downhill. He called the date a "mistake without a head" and concluded that he would hesitate to introduce it to his family if she continued to act similarly. He talked about how her body should be a temple. At the moment, Hannah did not seem to fully understand what Luke P. said (but it obviously struck later because she pulled him aside for a subsequent conversation).
Luke P. Can not Stay His Alley
After their subsequent conversation, Luke P. returned to the room where all the other candidates were. He told them that what he had just discussed with Hannah was none of their business and that the conversation he was having at the moment was finally Garrett's fault that he had made his date with Hannah.
And then the track metaphor reappeared.
"She needs us to stay fully in our tracks," said Luke P.
"You will not," Garrett said.
"It does not matter if we look at eye level, that's great." I'm still on my track, "said Luke P.
" But you were not on any lane, "said Tyler C.
" Hey, that's your opinion too. If we do not see at eye level, great use the track metaphor ("So you crash, man."). It was ridiculous.
"Oh, you heard my analogy. Yes, do not text or drive, "said Luke P.
And the metaphor continued until Chris Harrison came in and told everyone that Hannah had canceled the cocktail party.
The fan reaction to Luke P. "Staying In Track" [his]
Bachelorette On Monday, Luke P. was fried on Twitter, and we're not mad at it. After last night's episode, many fans of could not resist tweeting over Luke's dreadful metaphor.
Most fans tweeted about how hypocritical Luke P. was.
And, hey, a new (potentially dangerous) drinking game was born. (Only Luke P. will plaster you.)
