Three days after Felicity Huffman was arrested and released for alleged involvement in a college filing scandal, Desperate Housewives was returned to a federal court in Los Angeles.
The 56-year-old actress – dressed in black-sleeved jeans with long sleeves and glasses – was photographed on Friday alongside her husband William H. Macy. It is not clear why Huffman had to return to court.
In a video received from Hollywood Pipeline, the couple was seen holding hands on a sidewalk. Asked if they had a comment, the "Shameless" star, 69, answered simply, "No comment."

Huffman, well known for her role in the ABC series The Massive College School is cheating on the fraud scandal with other wealthy and famous parents who allegedly paid millions to take their children to elite universities.
