Five M.2, PCIe 4.0 and 10G LAN

At Computex 2019, MSI unveiled its flagship motherboard on the new AMD X570 chipset: the MEG X570 Godlike. It has a bundled 10 GbE add-in card, three PCIe 4.0 M.2 integrated slots, two additional M.2 PCIe 4.0 slots with daughter cards, six SATA ports and four full-length PCIe 4.0 slots. [19659002] The new MSI MEG X570 GODLIKE is the premium offering for enthusiasts and gamers with a range of high-end additions. The accessory pack includes an Aquantia AQC107 10GbE add-on card and a Twin Frozr M.2 PCIe add-in card that allows users to add two additional PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 drives to the three existing ones on the board. Each integrated M.2 slot contains its own Lightning Gen4 M.2 heatsink. The new X570 chipset is actively cooled by a single fan with dual ball bearing technology.

The constructive addition is a new OLED screen implemented between the four DDR4 memory slots and the 24-pin ATX 12V motherboard power input. The release of the resolution is currently unknown, but we assume that more details will be announced at launch.

The MSI MEG X570 Godlike provides a true 14-phase power supply for the VCore. This power supply uses the Infineon TDA21472 MOSFETs and an IR35201 digital PWM controller. Powered by two 8-pin 12V ATX CPU power supply inputs, the Godlike has recently become MSI's most desirable desktop board for AMD platforms.

It is possible that MSI's X570 boards will be available before the AMD 7nm Matisse processors are released.
