HALLOWEEN: Across the whole Day spread day. Watch out for wet roads.
A Flood Watch was issued for most of the Miami Valley from Wednesday at 8 pm. The following counties are affected by Friday at 8:00 am: Champaign, Clark, Greene, Clinton, Montgomery, Preble, Butler and Warren.
In the afternoon and evening it will be at times breezy, with highs in the low 60s. They will shower for trick or treat tonight, but no thunder or lightning is expected and wind will not be as strong as on Sunday.

THURSDAY: The widespread rain falls at times, especially in the first half of Thursday. The morning walk gets drenched with wet roads and leaves that could smooth out some spots. The rain lasts all day, with cool conditions and cooler temperatures in the low 50s.

FRIDAY: The system moves to the northeast to finish the work week. Heavy rain will subside but we could see some light, persistent chills throughout the day. It gets chilly and mostly cloudy with highs around 50 degrees.

SATURDAY: A better start to the weekend with cooler temperatures than normal in the low 50s. Overall it gets dry with a mix of sun and clouds.

SUNDAY: Clouds take their day off to end the weekend. It will be dry for the afternoon with highs in the upper 50s.
