Former New York Senator Al D & # 39; Amato was caught on video when he cursed his estranged wife while sobbing on a hospital bed.

Fox News reports that in October 2017, Smith filed for divorce from D & # 39; Amato, suing him for custody of her children. They were married in 2004.
D & # 39; Amato, who served in the US Senate in 1981-1999, responded by claiming he was concerned about Smith's mental health.
Smith's lawyer, Tom Liotti, said that she will show the clip to D & # 39; Amato's true nature.
