Forza Horizon 2 will be removed from the Xbox Store next month



Forza Horizon 2 is an open-world racing game for Xbox One and Xbox 360 that takes you all over Italy. The title was launched in 201

4 and received great reviews. As is often the case with racing games, music licenses expire and it is easier to sell them than going through the renewal process. At the end of next month, Forza Horizon 2 will be removed from the Xbox Store. If you already own the game, you can still download it after it's deleted. New customers simply can not buy a digital copy. Retailers like Amazon and GameStop have a lot of discs.

Brian Ekberg of Turn 10 Studios posted the following explanation on Forza Horizon 2 on the franchise website:

The Forza Community: Forza Horizon 2 On the 30th of September, the status of "End of Life" will be reached. This means that the game and the associated DLC are no longer available for purchase. After September 30, players holding Forza Horizon 2 will still be able to download and play the game and its content as normal. However, Forza Horizon 2 and its DLC will no longer be up for sale. Forza Horizon 2 is currently available as part of August Games With Gold, so if you have not played it yet, it's a good time to get it now.
