"As part of this investigation, the OIG will also review information known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the applications were submitted by or through an alleged FBI confidential source." The OIG statement added that Horowitz also "the DOJs and FBIs relationship and communication with the alleged source in relation to the FISC applications."

WAS THE TRUMPF RUSSIA SUMMARY? FIXED IN: Re-exposed text messages between alleged anti-Trump FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page suggest a possible coordination between White House officials, the CIA, the FBI, the Department of Justice, and the Democratic leadership of the former Senate in the early stages of the Trump-Russia collusive investigation, so GOP Congress investigators … Investigators say the information Fox News provided "strong" suggests the coordination between former Obama chief of staff Denis McDonough, then-Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, and then-CIA Director John Brennan – what they would say would "contradict" the Obama administration's public opinion about their hand in this process.

NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE IN THE SACRAMENTO: Demonstrations in Sacramento, California, have built up over the deadly police shootings of a 22-year-old unarmed black man in his grandparents' backyard earlier this month and were able to reach a fever pitch Thursday during his Burial Stephon Clark was shot dead on March 18 after two Sacramento police responded to a report from someone breaking car windows. The police said they believed Clark was the suspect and he ran when a police helicopter responded and then disobeyed the officers. The police said they thought Clark was holding a gun and was worried about her safety. However, Clark was found only with a cell phone. Critics have questioned why the officers have decided not to kill the encounter much less lethal than a salvo of 20 bullets.

Clark's death has brought the Black Lives Matter movement back to the forefront. Protesters have disturbed fans attempting to kick in Sacramento Kings basketball games interupted a city council meeting and was present on Wednesday for Clark's Trail. They are expected to make themselves felt on Thursday when the Reverend Al Sharpton plans to hold the funeral speech at Clark's funeral.

AMENDMENT TO VA: President Donald Trump dismissed David Shulkin as secretary of veterans affairs on Wednesday and announced his intention to replace him with the White House doctor, Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson Shulkin's release was the last in a series of upheavals in the White House in recent months. Trump also announced that Robert Wilkie, Secretary of State for Defense and Human Resources, will serve as provisional VA secretary until Jackson's confirmation is received. Jackson has served as President's Presidential Doctor since 2013, earning a nationwide profile earlier this year for a comprehensive press conference on Trump's health. He is a surprising choice, Shulkin, a former Obama administration official and the first non-veteran to lead the VA. Trump had been considering replacing Shulkin for weeks, but it had not been known to consider Jackson for that role.

MYSTERIOUS DEATH PLUNGE: Investigators made a grim announcement in search of a family after an SUV crashed off a cliff in Northern California: six children were feared dead, along with two women … Jennifer and Sarah Hart both 39, were on Wednesday together with their children Markis Hart, 19; Jeremiah Hart, 14; and Abigail Hart, 14. Investigators believed the couple's other three children – Hannah Hart, 16; Devonte Hart, 15; and Sierra Hart, 12 – had died in the vehicle and also. (The mortal remains of these three children have not yet been found.)

Devonte photographed news after being photographed at a protest rally in Portland, Oregon, in 2014, after the jury decided not to convict a police officer on the shooting of a police officer Black man in Ferguson, Mo. The SUV crashed 100 feet from an ocean overlook on the Pacific Coast Highway about 150 miles north of San Francisco on Monday. It is unclear what caused the crash. "There were no skid marks, no skid marks" at the exit on the Pacific Coast Highway where the vehicle passed over, said Sheriff Tom Allman of Mendocino County. The investigators have no reason to believe that the crash was intentional, he said.
