According to 247Sports, Rogers is the country's # 105 offensive. He signed up in South Carolina over Illinois, the state of Georgia and Florida International, including Boston College and Missouri.
South Carolina signed four offensive line soldiers in December, all listed as 3-star recruits. Jakai Moore (Nokesville, Va.) Listed as a Guardian by 247Sports, however, he is featured as an attack on the Gamecocks. Vincent Murphy (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) could play in the middle or as a guard for the Gamecocks. Mark Fox (Miami) and Jaylen Nichols (Charlotte, NC) are both classified as tackles.
Rogers (6-4, 295) officially visited South Carolina this past weekend. 245Sports counts him as Offensive Officer No. 95 in the 2019 class.

His commitment leaves only one place in the Gamecock class. However, it can be assumed that Jahkeem Green's long-standing JUCO defense pledge is on the day of the national signing. At this point, South Carolina remains in the mix for 4-Star Defense Weapons Jaquaze Sorrells (Orlando, Florida) and 3-Star Safety Jammie Robinson (Leesburg, Ga.). Three-star athlete Dequan Watts (Atlanta) also remains in the crosshairs.
Like 3-star Cornerback Shilo Sanders (Cedar Hill, Texas), who committed last week Rogers will sign in to the Gamecocks in nine days.
The South Carolina recruiting class of 2020 already contains commitments from two offensive linemen, both listed as 4-star recruits: Tyshawn Wannamaker (Saint Matthews, SC) and Issiah Walker (Miami).
