HALL COUNTY, Ga. – A Chick Fil A worker in the Atlanta area is considered a hero after jumping out of a transit window on Tuesday to rescue a six-year-old boy.
"I'm still shocked that all this happened," said Logan Simmons, the clerk who rescued the boy. "I just jumped out of the window and walked straight to the car."  Chick-Fil-A's surveillance video shows Simmons jumping out of the drive-through window to rescue the suffocating child.

In front of the restaurant Simmons jumped into the child's car on the thoroughfare and found the little boy's mother begging for help neck.
"They could see that he blushed and lost the pigmentation on his face," Simmons said.
Logan pulled his penknife and cut the little boy free, preventing a possible tragedy.
"I'm amazed that he did not panic as his mother would have panicked me, I would run around and & # 39; oh my god, what are we going to do?" Said Simmons mother Teri ,
Just an hour later, the little boy's mother called Simmons and thanked him for saving her son's life. [1
Asked if he thinks he's getting a raise now that he's a hero, he said he could mention it to his boss.
