Country music star Travis Tritt was "really shaken" on Highway 22 early Saturday morning after suffering a devastating frontal crash.
Kick and his crew left Myrtle Beach, South Carolina when the accident happened.
"Thank goodness, we are all alright," he wrote. "I feel so bad for those who died unnecessarily tonight. I am really shaken by what I have seen. God bless those who have died. "
A native Georgian living in Hiram, Katrin Truth says he was told the accident was caused by a fake driver who "obviously drove drunk or compromised."

He said his tour bus was wiped off the side and suffered minor damage "when we tried to avoid the crash site".
Horry County's emergency crews responded to the wreck at 3am. A Jeep drove in the wrong direction crashed head-on into a Chevrolet truck, Cpl said. Sonny Collins with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, reported the Charlotte Observer.
The driver of the jeep and a passenger in the truck were killed in the crash, Collins said. The driver of the truck went to the hospital.
"I beg all, please, please, please, drive sober", kick has tweeted. "Do you know when you have to admit that you are too handicapped to drive."
Kick and The Cadillac Three will perform tonight at the Anderson Music Hall in Hiawassee.
