Google Stadia supports Pixel 2 and Pixel 4 at startup



After the launch date on November 19, a series of Stadia developments were announced at Made by Google 2019. In addition to Pixel 4 being compatible with the game streaming service, Google announced today that Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are also available, supported by Stadia.

Today, Google updated the Stadia Availability and Requirements page with Pixel 2 and Pixel 4 in the background. These phones connect Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a for mobile gameplay. Oddly enough, yesterday's promotional video did not include the new mobile phone additions, not even the flagship of 2019.

This list also mentions Premiere Edition, which Google has sold since the Founder's Edition sold out in Europe last month Has. Shortly after yesterday's release date, the first bundle in the UK was out of print. It can be pre-ordered in the US and Canada.

The Pixel 2 features a 1

080p AMOLED 5-inch display, while the Pixel 2 XL offers a larger, higher-resolution 6-inch P-OLED display with 1440p. Better for mobile gameplay. Both are powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 with 4GB of RAM. The exact phone specifications for this service are not yet known by Google. However, the extension of Stadia support to Pixel 2 2017 is promising, briefly showed the Android companion app and the TV user interface. It also turned out that the controller does not support wireless playback on pixels or desktops when it starts up. The Wi-Fi accessory's signature feature only works with Chromecast Ultra on startup.
