Not enough female technical executives in Silicon Valley? They can always be integrated in Photoshops.
GQ magazine recently removed a photo from its website after it became known that the two women who perform with 15 male tech executives were digitally added.
The two women in question – SunRun CEO Lynn Jurich and Ruzwana Bashir, Peek's CEO, reportedly attended an event at designer Brunello Cucinelli's Italian home, but they were not part of the group that posed for a photo, which is why her pictures were added later.

"When we realized that we did not have a recording in which all the participants were represented, we have photos added by two CEO women who were picked up over the weekend, "said a spokesman for Cucinelli Buzzfeed. "The photos were shared and approved with all participants, including the two women. We said that this is not harm or malicious intent, and we are sorry.
Jeff Bezos, who was also on the weekend trip but was not shown on the photo, reportedly refused to be photographed.

GQ informed BuzzFeed that it was not aware that the photo had been changed, saying it had removed it from the story because it did not meet the magazine's "editorial standards."
