The Philadelphia police conducted a search warrant on Tuesday in a nursing home where HR McMaster Sr. died last week
The 84-year-old fell, hit the head, and then died in bed April 13 at the Cathedral Village retirement community, 6abc reported on Wednesday. They cited anonymous sources stating that death is being treated as "suspicious" because the McMaster allegedly did not receive proper care.
The alleged institutional neglect is being investigated by the Homicide Department of the Philadelphia Police Department, the Philadelphia District Attorney General's Office, the Attorney General's Office and the Ministry of Health at 6abc.
