Hailey Baldwin stresses the importance of mental health a week after husband Justin Bieber asked for fans' prayers, revealing that he has "a lot to fight" with.
In an interview with People Tuesday, 22- The old model states that self-care can take many forms, including "eating properly, drinking and exercising a lot".
"It's really good for your mentality," said Baldwin. "I think your mental health should be # 1, and she falls aside a lot."
Baldwin is not the only one who recognizes the importance of self-care, as the discussion about mental health has gradually come to the fore the limelight.
"I think that nowadays more attention is focused on mental health, and I understand why and I understand why," she said. "I think you need to know what works for you."

Her comments come just days after her new husband opened up on his recent fights.
In an emotional Instagram post, Bieber, 25, stated that he is in the midst of the "most humane season I've ever been," he adds, planning to face his challenges head-on.
"I just wanted to update you a bit, hopefully what I'm going through. I'll swing with you." Bieber drew a picture of himself praying with manager Scooter Braun and Kanye West. "I was struggling a lot, I just felt totally disconnected and weird."
