Heather Locklear faces legal problems again.

<p>  The lawsuit allegedly was the last resort for Hayn-Hiton and her lawyer Kevin Flahavan, who claimed they had tried to reach out and "make amends" with the actress several times. </p>
<p>  "This has put a huge strain on our customers and their children," he told TMZ. "When Ms. Locklear went to the pulmonary clinic, we hoped she would find out how to make up for those who hurt her." </p>
