We've already written about Apple's new pride for the Apple Watch, with strings in a beta version of iOS 11.3. After this release, Apple removed all the new face-related elements of iOS and watchOS. This has changed today with the release of iOS 11.4 and watchOS 4.3.1.
New strings on iOS state that the new face is "inspired by the rainbow flag," and that "the threads of color move when you tap the screen." There is also a wildcard image in the search for faces likely to appear in the Watch app on iOS. On watchOS we found video assets used to render the watch, so watch the preview at the end of this post.
Every time you touch the screen, the face will move differently.
But there is some new information that we have found that is rarely found in the software: the release date. The new Pride face will be available on Monday, June 4th at 1
