A s you may already know, The CW will broadcast a new reboot of the TV show "Charmed" soon this year.
This is a brand new show that will not feature any of the original actors from the first Charmed Show.
Many fans are upset that this is a total reboot and not a sequel to the original like Netflix's Fuller House, for example.
Well, original star Holly Marie Combs is also upset that the reboot does not even refer to the original series in any way.
Holly Marie Combs pretty much posted Twitter to honor her rage on the new show for not the original show in any way or form. You can read her comments below.
"Changed my mind Let me first say that I appreciate the jobs and opportunities that the Charmed Restart has created, but I'll never understand what's wild, funny, or feminist Taken that the original actresses are too old to do a job 12 years ago, I hope the new show is way better than the marketing, so the true legacy stays better, Reboots are better if they honor the original in the original Doing the reboots even better when they are listening to a still passionate fan base, what is it all about, is not it? We're rebooting, fans are the reason why we all do what we do, wish them all the best and hope Success. "
The new Charmed reboot will be aired this fall on The CW on Sunday.
It will be interesting to see if the show can win a healthy audience, mainly because the reception of the fans was not very friendly …
