Hubble Space Telescope – A Scientific Legacy – Truth Today

The Hubble Space Telescope was launched in 1990 on April 25 to capture images of various parts of the universe and also to keep important data and facts about the world. This telescope was placed 350 miles above the ground. An astronomer named Jim Gunn designed the primary camera of the wide field known telescope and he also built the Planetary Camera, the WFPC-1. He needed a total of 15 years for this. NASA invested a significant $ 1.5 billion in the development of the telescope. After its launch, however, it did not work as expected. The telescope's images reached Earth in May of the same year when they were launched in 1

990. These pictures were not clear at all. The image of the star cluster seemed to be out of focus and was therefore unusable.

The main problem was the problem of error in the instrument responsible for grinding the 2.4 m main mirror. It took
